AZAR Live Rewards Program Policy (for non-resident of Republic of Korea)

1. Description of the Program.

Users may collect Stars based on the level of contribution to the AZAR Live. Users may engage in different activities (including promotional activities) on AZAR Live and may receive the rewards by participating in the AZAR Live Rewards Program (“Rewards Program”). This AZAR Live Rewards Program Policy (“Rewards Program Policy”) governs your (any participating individual referred to as “you,” “your” or “user”) participation in the Rewards Program on AZAR Live. This Rewards Program Policy incorporate and are expressly subject to the AZAR Terms of Service (“Terms”) (link^[a]), including the AZAR Live Community Guidelines (link^[b]), Guidelines on How to Receive Azar Live Rewards (link) and all other policies and guidelines, each as may be updated from time to time. Unless otherwise defined herein, each capitalized term used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Terms (link^[c]).

2. Provision of the Program.

The Rewards Program is operated and managed by K.K. MOVEFAST Company (“MFC”), which is an affiliate of the Company for non-resident of the Republic of Korea.

3. Eligibility.

All AZAR Live users are eligible to participate in the Rewards Program. AZAR Live is only available for users of AZAR at or over the age of 18. Making an attempt to access or use AZAR Live by an individual aged under 18 is strictly prohibited. For users in the countries where AZAR Live is not available, you are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.  

4. How to Collect Stars.

There are a variety of opportunities for yours to collect Stars on AZAR Live. The Rewards Program permits users to collect Stars based on their contribution through overall activities within AZAR Live including but not limited to the broadcasting, displaying User Content through the products, services or programs described in the Terms (link^[d]). The level of user contribution will be determined at MFC’s discretion, taking into account factors such as engagement with other users, broadcasting time, and other relevant considerations within Azar Live. Users may also collect Stars through participating in the special events to be organized from time to time.

MFC reserves rights to refuse to give Stars or deduct provided Stars retroactively due to the user’s cancellation of a transaction within AZAR Live.

5. Rewards.        

Users may receive the rewards by participating in the Rewards Program. Users may be liable to pay taxes to your country of residence on any rewards you receive on Azar Live. Check with your local tax authorities for detailed guidance. Users must report tax directly in accordance with the tax law of the country in which they reside. Notwithstanding the above, MFC may withhold any applicable taxes or other amounts required to be withheld by any entity having jurisdiction in connection with the Rewards Program if necessary.

The requirements to receive the rewards are as follows:

• Must have hosted their first Azar Live stream at least 30 days prior to submitting a request
• Must have streamed for at least 30 total minutes prior to submitting a request
• Must have received stars from at least 30 different gifters
• Must have at least 30 followers
• Must comply with the Terms (link^[e]), AZAR Live Community Guidelines (link^[f]), Guidelines on How to Receive AZAR Live Rewards (link)

6. Disclaimer.

Items or Stars are not intended to be used as a means to provide compensation or financial support to the Users. The Company nor its affiliates makes no assurances to any User that any User receiving Items will receive a financial benefit.

7. Violation.

If users violate or if it is determined that it is reasonable to believe that user has violated the Terms, the AZAR Live Community guidelines, MFC reserves the right to refuse to pay the rewards (and you agree you will not be eligible to receive) and suspend the user’s participation to the Rewards Program, whether or not directly related to such violation.

If a User falls under Article 2 (a), Chapter 8, the MFC may temporarily or permanently refuse to pay the rewards under this Article or any future rewards, regardless of whether such rewards are directly related to the violation.

8. Independent Contractor.

Users understand and acknowledge that they and the Company, along with its affiliates are operating as independent contractors. The Rewards Program Policy or the AZAR Terms(link^[g]) will not be deemed to establish or be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship with the Company or its affiliates. For the avoidance of doubt, users agree that they are not an employee of the Company nor its affiliates. Users understand and acknowledge that they are not entitled to any benefits provided or rights guaranteed by the Company or its affiliates granted to their employees under applicable laws and hereby waive to the maximum extent permitted by law of such benefits or rights, if any.

9. Termination

If you terminate your use of AZAR Live services by deleting your AZAR account, your participation in the Reward Program will also be terminated, and any Stars and rewards on your account will be immediately deleted. Any and all liability that occurs as a result of your termination of participation in the Rewards Program will be your sole responsibility. Company or its affiliates shall have no obligations or liabilities to you upon your termination.
